The Creative Glow-Up Challenge for Writers – Summer 2026

I had a wild idea hit me on Friday, and I’m running with it in true impulsive millennial fashion. And I wanna invite you to join me!

What’s the dealio?

After 6 years inside a employer/contractor schedule container, I’ve realized I’m floundering a bit with time and self-management on my own again thanks to the delightful combo of perimenopause and some unmasked neurospiciness. (Midlife, am I right? The wonders never cease.)

So, while I needed the freedom from traditional work for my mental and physical health, it’s also exposed something important: I still need some sort of structure in order to truly flourish.

But in a healthier way.

Not in a “hustle myself into the ground to make someone else rich” way. Not in a “let’s worship capitalism” way. More in a “Uranus in Gemini is rawdogging my 6th house” kinda way, and I wanna ride this crazy wave and reconnect to myself and my creativity.

So… enter an accountability challenge.

From June 1st until August 30th, I’m giving myself 90 days to get my shit in order and devote myself to my creativity and wellness, and where those two intersect.

Wanna build routines and habits around the creative human you actually are and not the one society expects you to be? If you’d like to join me, I’d genuinely love to have you along for the ride.

The goals, habits, and routines will be totally up to you and what fits for your life, energy level, and so on. The aim isn’t to hustle ourselves into 75 Hard-land. It’s to reconnect with and revive our creativity, personal well-being, and see what 3 months of dedicated focus and self-kindness can genuinely lead us.

No glow-up is too small!

Every week, during the aforementioned dates, I’ll send out a progress check-in and some gentle motivation to keep you going. It’ll be a little woo, a little down-to-earth, and a whole lot of creative magic.

(PS: Whilst I will talk about general overall wellness, there will not be any diet culture fuckery in my posts or emails.)
